In compliance with the latest official directives, Hohenwerfen is closing early for the winter on 02.11.2020.
We look forward to welcoming you here again from 1st April 2021.

Please remember to bring a mask! Masks are obligatory in lifts and all indoor areas.

April*: Tue - Sun, 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
May – 11. July: daily, 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
12 July – 13 August: daily, 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
14 August – September: daily, 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
October – 7 November*: Tue - Sun, 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.

Closed Mondays (except holidays)

Dogs are welcome on a leash.

Our advice: Online ticket
Due to the large numbers of visitors, there can be long queues at the ticket window, especially in July and August, so we recommend buying a ticket in the online shop. We particularly recommend the convenient Early Bird Ticket from our online shop for admission before 10.00 a.m.

May - September: 10 a.m., 12, 1, 2, 4 and 5 p.m.
12 July - 13 August: regularly, 10.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

Falconry demonstrations with birds of prey

2 April to 11 July: 11.15 a.m. and 3.15 p.m. 
12 July to 13 August: 11.15 a.m., 2.15 and 4.30 p.m.
14 August to 7 November: 11.15 a.m. and 3.15 p.m.
